Event: Chrysanthemum Show

What will you see: Fully bloomed different varieties of chrysanthemums arranged in different ways, shapes and sizes. It will be a treat for your eyes.

Venue: Terrace Garden, Sector-33 B, Chandigarh

Probable dates: Held every year in the month of December

Kids will enjoy: Various flower arrangements, fountains and flower photographs

Parents can enjoy: Taking selfies with children

2. Event: Rose Show

What will you see: Fully bloomed different varieties of roses cultivated inside the rose garden, dry and fresh flower and vegetable arrangements done by rose lovers- professional as well as amateurs, bonsai varieties from all over the country.

Probable dates: Held every year in the month of February

Probable dates: Held every year in the month of November

Kids will enjoy: Cartoon rides, Camel rides, Joy rides, funny games and prizes

Parents will enjoy: Nail Art, Art Exhibition, Vintage Motor Cars exhibition

4. Event: Puppet Festival

What will you see: Folk and Contemporary Stories narrated through various types of puppets from all over the world

Venue: Tagore Theatre, Sector 19, Chandigarh

Probable dates: First week of February

Kids will enjoy: learning to make easy finger puppets and watching puppets of various countries

5. Event: Mango Festival

6. Event: Handicrafts and Folk Festival
