Method of Preparation:
In a bowl add salt (1/2sp), chili powder (1sp), gram masala (1/2sp), green chilies (1/2sp) and coriander leaves (1sp) to the boiled mashed potatoes (500g), mix well.
Take some milk in a bowl and dip a bread slice for few seconds and squeeze the milk from the bread by pressing between palms gently.
Place the potato mixture over the bread and roll into cylindrical shape and seal the edges of the bread the filling does not come out from any part of the bread.
Repeat the same process for making more rolls.
Heat oil (500ml) in a pan; deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
Serve bread rolls hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
Note: We are using milk instead of water as milk soaks very less oil and hence really diet full.
