  • Mint is a great appetizer or palate cleanser.
  • It also promotes digestion and soothes the stomach in case of indigestion or inflammation.

  • Mint leaves (15-20 leaves)
  • Coriander leaves (5-10 leaves)
  • Clove (1)
  • Cumin (1 Tbsp)
  • Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp)
  • Black salt, Table salt and sugar (as per taste)
  • Water

Method of preparation:

  • Grind about 15 to 20 mint leaves, 5 to 10 coriander leaves, 1 clove, one tea spoon cumin using little water.
  • Sieve this grinded mixture.
  • Dilute the juice with about 200 ml cold water.
  • Add 1tsp lemon juice, black salt, table salt and sugar to taste.
  • Serve it to kids.

Note: Avoid adding ice as it may harm the kids. s it may harm the kids.

Method of preparation:

  • Remove the seeds from the watermelon.
  • Scoop out the pulp, blend in a mixer.
  • Add fruit salt and little sugar.
