I wish she had a Dadi-Mom

The one who could share the load

I wish she had a Dadi-Mom

The one who could love her more

I wish she had a Dadi-Mom

The presence of whom would have never make me feel alone

I wish she had a Dadi-Mom

with whom she could her play her along

I wish she had a Dadi-Mom

With whom she could have shared the endless laughter and much more

I wish she had a Dadi-Mom

We could have enjoyed those endless chatting sessions

And I could have known my husband a little more

I wish she had a Dadi-Mom

A Sasural is alive with a Sasu-Mom

I truly wish she had a Dadi-Mom.

Miss u Sasu-Mom. I always get to listen how much your kids miss u. But today I want to tell you that I miss u too. The world would have been different if you were here with us. The rituals I could have enjoyed with you are- ‘pehli rasoi, first karvachauth, first Diwali, my daughter’s birth’ , the list is endless.

And yes, I too want someone who could listen to my complaints about your son. Daddy jee is there, but a woman is the one who turns a house into a home. I miss that home. I too could have enjoyed the ‘rights’ part instead of the ‘responsibility’ one. I miss you .

And yes, I know you were a good human because I know your son. Love you. Stay blessed wherever you are!
